The plaintiff, Ramsay Signs, Inc., brought this action against Georgia Dyck, dba Ramapo Hotel, to recover damages in the sum of $3,132 for the breach of a written lease of a neon sign, $245 unpaid rental, and $600 attorneys fee. A jury trial resulted in a verdict for the defendant, and from the consequent judgment the plaintiff has appealed.
