Appellant contends on rehearing that this Court erred in its original opinion when it upheld the trial courts exclusion of venireperson Francis Bradley, which exclusion occurred on the trial courts own motion. Because I find that the majority erroneously overrules without written opinion the appellants motion for rehearing, I must respectfully dissent. The motion should be granted and the judgment of conviction reversed.
